OUR JOURNEY
The Beginning of Something Big
In 2022, five passionate Saudis from all corners of the Kingdom earned a spot in the prestigious Misk Fellowship, joining the top 1% of innovators. United by a drive for technology and improving health, we set out to solve one of Saudi youth’s biggest challenges: too much screen time and not enough movement.
A Vision Comes to Life
During the fellowship’s annual competition, we developed a bold, tech-driven solution aligned with UN SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) — Phys —our exciting new way to get kids moving, healthy, and active through the power of technology.
From Idea to Reality
We fine-tuned our vision through continuous feedback from families across Saudi Arabia. We tested, built, and rebuilt, blending innovation with real-world needs. Parents shared their struggles, and kids told us what they loved. This user-focused approach helped us launch Phys in 2024, turning our dream into a product that truly works.
